Project Objectives
QDB has launched a government subsidy program ‘Jahiz-2’ for provision of subsidized land for Food & Beverage (F&B) manufacturing
Under the program, 14 businesses will be allotted land parcels of about 1800 SQM foot print and total built-up area of about 2230 SQM at subsidized rates of QAR 5 per SQM
QDB has mandated various consultants to review select number of cases to rank and select the 14 cases out of applicant pool of more than 80 cases

20 F&B manufacturing business proposals were appraised and relevant project risks, critical success factor and overall business appraisal ratings were provided to QDB for final selection of 14 successful applicants under Jahiz-2 program.
