Empact PMO Services for Digital Systems and Solutions

  • Project Management Office Setup: Creation of a project plan, and Initiative Charter, covering key scoping elements and initiatives related to the new system / solution implementation..
  • Provision of an experienced seconded on-site PMO team for performing daily tasks including coordination between different client departments and system/solution vendors, keeping track of the project progress against the plan, and reporting the status to the departments every week, and the management at a monthly basis.
  • Identification of internal bottlenecks, challenges, and limitations to the completion of tasks and recommend actions to meet the internal deadlines.
  • Ensure On Time, On Budget, and On Scope (OTOBOS) to minimize schedule variances

A close review of the user acceptance test with the concerned department to be done and the necessary system/ solution enhancements and bug resolutions to be coordinated with the system/solution vendors/developers.
