Empact PMO Services for Digital Systems and Solutions

- Project Management Office Setup: Creation of a project plan, and Initiative Charter, covering key scoping elements and initiatives related to the new system / solution implementation..
- Provision of an experienced seconded on-site PMO team for performing daily tasks including coordination between different client departments and system/solution vendors, keeping track of the project progress against the plan, and reporting the status to the departments every week, and the management at a monthly basis.
- Identification of internal bottlenecks, challenges, and limitations to the completion of tasks and recommend actions to meet the internal deadlines.
- Ensure On Time, On Budget, and On Scope (OTOBOS) to minimize schedule variances
- Conduct monthly Ex-Com for the Management and agree to tasks and milestones for the upcoming months and the subsequent month, in particular.
- Apart from the overall project management and reporting, closely monitor the system/solution deployment process and vendor testing reports. Basis the technical specifications of the system/solution, initiate the test planning for the overall deployment.
- Facilitate and review User Acceptance Testing (UATs), including providing support in creating the User Acceptance checklist to assist users from client’s side. A close review of the user acceptance test with the concerned department to be done and the necessary system/ solution enhancements and bug resolutions to be coordinated with the system/solution vendors/developers.
