The client is one of the largest construction companies in Qatar
The company is participating in a PPP project in which they are bidding in a closed tender to construct a medical laundry
Empact has been involved to help to prepare the bid documentation and guide the company through the bidding process

Developing the required context and gathering management inputs from internal stakeholders
Development of a comprehensive business plan that includes market assessment, technical assessment and financial assessment.
Understanding the documentation required for a successful tender by going over requirements of the tender document
Liaison with government and internal stakeholders as well as technical experts for validation
Bid documentation covers understanding of the project scope, execution plan, quality control strategy, health and safety strategy and funding strategy (including capital structure) to be deployed during execution and operation of the porject

Based on analysis conducted, EmPact defined the key success factors for the proposed venture as follows:
